We're sorry that your order did not work out for you. However, you may still be able to return the item(s) back to us for an exchange.
EXCHANGES
Changed your mind about an size/color/item? Welcome to return it back to us for an exchange for another size/colour/item if still in original/sealed condition. Opened/used item(s) will not be processed. In order to do an exchange, simply follow the steps below:
Step 1.) Send us an email title exchanges of item(s). Include your order number, name, contact number and address. Please note that you must send us this notification email for exchange item(s) within 7days from the order date. Any notification regarding item(s) exchanges after 7days from the order date will not be attend.
Step 2.) A confirmation email will be send to you after we have receive your notification email regarding exchanges of item(s). After that, place a NEW order for any NEW items that you would like to order (please order it directly on our website and complete payment)
Step 3.) Return the RECEIVED order/item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and include the order# of the NEW order you placed.

Return will be processed as a refund minus actual shipping of original/old order, no more than 10% value of the returned merchandise (whichever is less). Please do include both the order # of the original & new order number in documentation along with your return. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.
Step 4.) All item(s) returns for exchanges must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order date. Returned items must be received in their original packaging unused. If you need to open the package to review / test the item, simply put the item back into the package if the sizing / color does not work. If returned without the original packing, due to opened items are not resellable, therefore, not accepted for exchanges if returned. No exchanges will be offered if we do not received the item(s) after 30days from the order date, unfortunately. Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for exchanges. Shipping costs both ways are not refundable.
***All merchandise returned that is not in original packaging will be discarded. No exchanges will be issued for such merchandise. Closeout/discontinued items are not accepted for exchanges***
